We exist to provide economically efficient, compassionate, and immediate relief to individuals facing homelessness, regardless of background or circumstance. E.C.H.O.E.S. is dedicated to innovative housing solutions and comprehensive support programs that empower individuals to transition from crisis to stability.  
In pursuit of this mission, E.C.H.O.E.S. will:

1. Repurpose shipping containers into innovative tiny homes, creating temporary residences designed to provide safe and affordable housing for periods ranging from 1 to 5 years. These homes will serve as transitional accommodations, giving individuals and families the stability they need to access resources and work toward securing long-term housing.

2. Acquire and renovate long-abandoned structures, such as old schools, churches, and community buildings, to repurpose them into emergency, temporary, or semi-permanent housing facilities. These spaces will be designed to foster a sense of community and provide dignified living environments for residents.

3. We commit to ensuring that every individual has access to safe, affordable, and secure housing. Residents receiving social assistance are provided with housing that is specifically designed to be geared to income, ensuring that rent remains manageable regardless of their financial circumstances. As part of our commitment to stability and community trust, residents sign an agreement of trust that guarantees their lease payments are made directly, providing a reliable safety net. This structured approach not only safeguards their housing but also offers the assurance that they will never face the risk of homelessness or exposure to harsh conditions again.

4. Direct those in need to the most appropriate local agencies or services for immediate assistance if E.C.H.O.E.S. is unable to provide the needed support according to circumstance.

5. Provide counsel, advice and a wide variety of ongoing support throughout each of E..C.H.O.E.S members' complete housing transition process.
